The Talent Director is an experienced, approachable and dynamic individual who will work as an integral member of the Strategy team in the pursuit of building a highly effective and well-supported team of professionals. The Talent Director will have the chance to have an enormous and meaningful impact on one of the most forward-thinking organizations in Jewish life, with the potential to influence the larger non-profit sector. He/she will have lots of room to innovate, build from the ground up and pilot new initiatives while accessing lots of professional development, mentoring and skill building opportunities.
Education and Engagement
The Manager, Education and Engagement is an experienced, approachable, creative, and dynamic individual who will work as an integral member of the Education and Engagement team. This person will have the chance to put their mark on initiatives across the organization, from innovation to implementation to evaluation.
The Creative Strategist will be a dynamic individual who has a natural aptitude for strategic thinking and problem solving. Successful applicants will be proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Final Cut, etc) and eager to learn new skills as they relate to the field of design and user experience. They will have advanced knowledge of web-design platforms, have coding experience, and be able to take the lead on digital projects.
The Advocacy Coordinator is an integral part of the local campus team, whose primary focus is on the advocacy initiatives of Hillel’s student leaders. The Advocacy Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing Hillel Ontario's advocacy strategy on a local campus level and play an integral role in managing, both proactively and reactively, advocacy-related issues on campus. The Advocacy Coordinator will cultivate relationships with Jewish and non-Jewish student leadership in pursuit of Hillel’s advocacy objectives.
